Shipping: Orders will be packed and sent out chronologically and may take up to a week to get shipped. One person is doing all the packing, registration and mailing so please understand why it takes time.
All orders will have a tracking number provided. Please understand that it is your responsibility to track your own order and pick it up in time. Shipping times vary from 20 days to 40, so please periodically check in to see the progress of your shipment. ( www.17track.net )
The products are carefully placed in bubble wrap and packaged with care. As soon as the package is shipped, we are not responsible for the way it is handled by the carrier during shipping. If you already know that your country has problems in delivering mail without damaging it, consider buying the extra care add-on, your order will be then sent in a small box, ensuring further protection.
Loss of package/damaged goods are out of our hands. All sales are final and non refundable.
If your package returns to us due to not being picked up in time we may send it out again with additional shipping cost. You will have to contact us yourself in this case, so please don't lose your tracking number. If a package is returned and is unclaimed for a month the products will go back up for sale.
Please contact us in advance if you know your address will be changed. We are not responsible for the package being shipped to the wrong address.
